Polk County, Mo - A Polk County woman has been sentenced for multiple charges, but could be out of custody earlier than expected.

Kimberly Lightwine plead guilty in May to involuntary manslaughter and elder abuse.

Lightwine was found in a field alongside her deceased son, Austin Anderson in 2016.

If she completes a 120 day treatment program she could be released on five year's probation.
