Bolivar woman pleads not guilty in sons death
A Bolivar mother who is accused of second degree murder in the death of her son entered a not guilty plea in court today.
Bolivar, Mo. --
A Bolivar woman facing second degree murder charges appeared in court today.
Danielle Baker, 41, waived her formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty.
Baker is charged in the death of her 14-year old son who died of a drug overdose in March. Baker admitted to stealing medication from the health facility she worked at, the same medication her son overdosed on.
Baker's next court appearance is scheduled for June 4, 2018.
