Missing Pulaski County teen found

Update: On Tuesday March 7, 2018 at 34 minutes after midnight the Joplin Police Department made contact with missing juvenile Zylpha Prather.

Prather was found unharmed and is now safe at home with her parents.

Pulaski County, Mo. -- (3/6/2018) Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department was notified ion Tuesday of a missing teenage girl.

Zylpha Prather, 14, was last seen at approximately near her residence in the 10000 block of D Highway. She is 5’2’ to 5-4” with blue green eyes, wearing black glasses, light brown curly shoulder-length hair with a medium build weighing approximately 120 lbs.

Prather is believed to be carrying a black backpack. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the public for any information to help locate her whereabouts.
