Oregon County, MO -- (01/26/18) UPDATE: The Oregon County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that the children were found safe. The department will release more information in the next few days.
PREVIOUS STORY: The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for three children that law enforcement says were kidnapped December 18.
Missing are 11-year-old Leena Joseph, a white female, 3'9", 80 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes; 10-year-old Jonathan Joseph, a white male, 4'0", 75 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes; and 3-year-old Destin Joseph, a white, male, 3'0", 30 lbs, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
The children’s mother, Lacey Joseph, was arrested on January 24th and is reportedly refusing to give law enforcement the children’s location.
Authorities say the grandparents of the children, Michelle and John Joseph, might know the location of the children, but are also refusing to cooperate with law enforcement.
A male subject was seen using Lacey Joseph’s EBT card at Walmart in Pocahontas, Arkansas.
