2 arrested for Branson home invasion

Branson, Mo - (01/1/2018) The Branson Police Department responded to a report of a home invasion Saturday evening after a family reported two men had forced entry to their home robbing the couple of personal possessions including jewelry.

The two men who was later identified as Mark Anthony Lamb, 28, and Anthony William Saucedo, 30, both ran from the home leaving the husband and wife scared, but unharmed. The robbery occurred in a home located in the Cantwell Subdivision near the intersection of State Highways 76 and 65.

The two suspects were apprehended and taken into custody early Sunday morning by police officers with all the stolen personal property recovered.

Both Lamb, and Saucedo are being held without bond in the Taney County Jail and charged with Armed Criminal Action, Robbery, Burglary, and Stealing.

During the arrest, police was also able to apprehend Christina Armstrong, 40, who is charged with Possession of a controlled substance on a $25,000.00 bond.

Branson Police wanted to remind residents to use perimeter lighting around their home, to keep cars locked, and to report suspicious persons in their neighborhood by calling 9-1-1.
