Branson, Mo. -- (9/8/17) An early Friday morning crash on Bee Creek Road and 65 Highway resulted in one minor injury to a Branson woman. A call was placed to 9-1-1 at 6:55 am reporting a two car collision on the Bee Creek Bridge over 65 Highway. Branson Fire and Police Departments responded as well as Taney County Ambulance District (TCAD).
“One driver was unable to get out of the vehicle due to damage caused to it in the accident,” stated Fire Chief Ted Martin. “Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to remove the door to gain access for the driver to safely be removed from the car.” She was evaluated by TCAD paramedics on scene and was later transported to a local hospital.
Branson Police are investigating the cause of the accident. All three people involved in the accident were wearing their seatbelts.
