Early morning Springfield shooting under investigation
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- (07/20/2017) Greene County Deputies are currently investigating a shooting that occurred in the early hours of Monday morning.
Early Monday morning, July 17, 2017, Greene County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a home in the 3700 block of West Roxbury Street in southwest Greene County where they located a 35-year-old male with life-threatening gunshot wounds. During the course of the investigation, a male and female who had been detained for questioning were arrested for unrelated charges. The investigation is still active and ongoing; the 35-year-old gunshot victim is recovering in a local hospital and GCSO Deputies are still searching for the individual or individuals involved in this incident.
