I am originally from Iowa City, IA, but moved to Springfield chasing love. My girlfriend at the time, who is now my wife, is from here. As crazy as it sounds to me, I’ve now been here for eleven years.

I graduated from the University of Iowa, and moved to New York after that to intern for the Late Show with David Letterman where I made copies, went on errands, and appeared in sketches, but mostly made copies and went on errands. After moving to Springfield I joined the Skinny Improv, and soon created The Mystery Hour, a late night talk show, which now airs on FOX 5 Saturday nights at 9:00 p.m. A few years ago, I moved to Los Angeles where I performed improv, stand up, and got the experience of going for it in Hollywood. Eventually it was time to come back, and I am excited to continue to pursue my dreams with FOX 5.

I used to have a lot of hobbies, but having a baby changed a lot of that. Now I mostly hang out with my wife, Michelle, and my toddler, Elias. I still find time to bike, improvise, travel, and go see choo choos with my son.
